摘　　要：目的介绍应用带指神经血管蒂的顺行岛状皮瓣移位修复指腹缺损的手术效果。方法对16例指腹皮肤缺损患者,设计并采用带指神经血管蒂的顺行岛状皮瓣修复指腹创面。结果皮瓣全部成活,未发生血管危象。16例获随访2～8个月。皮瓣质地、血运良好,外形满意,指腹二点分辨觉均在正常范围内,手指伸展、屈曲活动功能基本正常。结论该皮瓣具有手术方法简便、安全,术后外形好、感觉正常、关节活动不受影响等优点,是修复指腹皮肤缺损的有效方法之一。Objective To introduce the effect of the treatment of figure pulp skin defect by advanced island flap pedicled with digital neurovessel. Methods Sixteen cases with skin defect of fingertip were repaired with this kind of flap. Results All of the flaps survived. The mean follow - up for 22 fingers was satisfactory with a normal range of 2 point discrimination. Near normal interphalangeal joint was obtained in the range of motion. Conclusions The neurovascular pedicaled advanced island flap has advantage of simple dissection satisfactory appearance, normal sensation and normal range of motion of the joint. It is an effective procedure in coverage of fingertip skin defect.
