摘　　要：2009年上半年，全球范围的金融危机导致世界经济衰退，对越南经济造成严重影响，面对各种不利因素，越南采取各种有力措施，经济仍保持增长，出口市场得到扩大；投资环境继续改善，投资者对越南经济发展有信心。2009年上半年越南经济继续保持增长，越南是目前东南亚地区经济增长速度较快的国家之一。In the first half of 2009, like the other South-East countries, Vietnam＇s economic growth has been slowed down under the influence of global financial crisis. In order to sustain the economic growth, Vietnamese Government takes effective measures to deal with it, and the outcome is satisfactory. This paper will mainly discuss the Vietnam＇ s economy in the half of the 2009.
