围针治疗慢性荨麻疹30例

摘　　要：目的:观察围针治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:将60例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用围针联合开瑞坦治疗,对照组单纯口服开瑞坦。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.0%、66.8%,两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:围针联合开瑞坦疗效优于单纯口服开瑞坦。Objective. To observe the therapeutic effects of surround needling in treating chronic carla. Methods： Sixty cases of chronic urticaria were averagely randomized into treatment group and control group：Treatment group was treated with surround needling plus orally taking clarityne,and control group with orally taking clarityne alone. Results： The effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 66.8% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Surro＇und needling in combination with orally taking clarityne has obvious therapeutic effect on chronic urticarla.
