摘 要:目的观察调气活血中药及其拆方对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)病理改变及胃排空的影响,并从胃肠激素水平探讨其作用机制。方法建立大鼠萎缩性胃炎模型,分别应用调气中药、活血中药及调气活血中药治疗8周,观察不同组别胃黏膜萎缩、胃排空情况及血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)、血清胃动素(MOT)、血浆胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平。结果调气中药、活血中药均能改善大鼠胃黏膜萎缩的发生。调气中药及调气活血全方可以明显促进大鼠胃排空,显著提高大鼠血浆MOT水平、降低CCK水平;而活血中药胃排空、MOT水平、CCK水平与模型组无差别。各组VIP无明显差别。结论调气活血中药均能显著改善大鼠胃黏膜萎缩情况,其中调气中药和调气活血中药对大鼠胃排空作用明显,其机制可能与上调MOT及下调CCK有关。Objective To observe the effects of qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and its mechanisms. Methods We established CAG rats model, which were respectively treated with qi-regulating herbs, blood-activating herbs, and qi-regnlating and blood-activating herbs, with a course of 8 weeks. The features of gastric mucosal atrophy, gastric emptying and the levels of plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide( VIP), motilin(MOT) and cholecystokinin (CCK) were observed. Results Both qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs could prevent occurrence of gastric mucosal atrophy ; qi-regulating herbs and qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs could obviously promote gastric emptying and significantly increase plasma MOT and decrease their CCK, while bloodactivating herbs could not. Conclusion Qi-regulating and blood-activating herbs can obviously prevent gastric mucosal atrophy and promote gastric emptying by up-regulating MOT and down-regulating CCK.
