摘  要:目的研究铁调节肽(hepcidin)与IL-6在烧伤性贫血中的作用。方法使用90℃水蒸气制备烧伤小鼠模型,利用比色法测定烧伤小鼠脾脏铁含量,逆转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测肝脏hepcidin表达,酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血清中IL-浓度。结果烧伤小鼠在24h内,IL-6浓度升高2倍,而hepcidin的mRNA相对含量出现先升后降的变化,脾脏铁则出现先降后升的变化。结论烧伤后,IL-6升高和随后hepcidin表达增加可能是造成烧伤后贫血发生的原因之一。Objective To investigate effect of hepcidin and IL-6 on burn anemia. Methods A burn model of mice was induced by 90℃ vapor. Iron level in spleen of burned mice was measured by colorimetry. Hepcidin mRNA level and serum IL-6 concentration in liver were measured by RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. Results Within 24h after burn, the serum IL-6 concentration increased 2-fold. Hepcidin mRNA started to increase and then decrease, and the iron change in spleen was reversed. Conclusion Increased IL-6 concentration and hepcidin expression may be one of the reasons for the occurrence of anemia after burns.
