摘　　要：从时空尺度上观察,科学文明的发展在客观上存在跨地域传播的历史轨迹,而且这种跨地域传播引发了在学习和吸收已有科学文明及在社会形态改造之后产生了全新的科学文明,由此获得了科学文明跨地域传播的历史轨迹;从技术尺度考察这种跨地域传播历史轨迹,发现了存在基于科学信息本体结构的科学传播结构,这种结构能为科学信息本体结构的存在性考察提供证据。This thesis deems that,in view of space and time, the development of scientific civilization objectively has a historical track of trans-regional dissemination,which leads to the creation of a new scientific civilization after the old one is learned and ahsorhed and the social form is reformed; thus the historical track of trans-regional dissemination of scientific civilization is acquired,which is then studied in technical scale;and the science dissemination structure based on the Ontological Structure of Scientific Information （OSSI） is discovered,which may provide evidence for the research on the existence of MOSSIODSI.
