ZnF_2-BaF_2-LaF_3玻璃的X射线衍射和分子动力学研究

摘　　要：采用Ｘ射线衍射和分子动力学计算机结构模拟（ＭＤ）等手段研究了５３ＺｎＦ２－３３ＢａＦ２－１４ＬａＦ３玻璃的结构．研究表明，Ｚｎ原子主要为６配位，少数为７配位；Ｌａ原子主要为９配位，Ｚｎ—Ｆ的平均键长为２．１３．Ｚｎ—Ｚｎ键长在共边连接时为３．３３，共角时为３．８２．在ＭＤ模拟得到的玻璃结构中同时存在桥Ｆ（Ｆｂ），非桥Ｆ（Ｆｎｂ），３配位Ｆ（Ｆｔ）和游离Ｆ（Ｆｆ），Ｆｆ只和Ｂａ，Ｌａ原子成键．获得的平衡常数Ｋ（＝［Ｆｂ］［Ｆｆ］／［Ｆｎｂ］２）值为０．２５９．玻璃结构可以看作是由［ＺｎＦｘ］和［ＬａＦｙ］共同堆积构成网络．The structure of 53ZnF2- 33BaF2-14LaF3 (ZBL glass) was studied by X-ray diffraction and molecular dynamics simulation methods.The Zn atoms are mainly six_ and sevenfold coordinated by fluorines. The average Zn—F bond length is 2.13. The Zn-Zn atom distance is about 3.33 for edge_sharing and 3.82 for corner_sharing.Bridging fluorine(Fb), non_bridging fluorine(Fnb) and free fluorine(Ff) are all present in the MD_derived glass.The Ff atoms are only bonded with La and Ba atoms.An equilibrium constant K(=/[Fnb]2) of 0.259 is obtained.It is proved that the ZBL glass can be described as the random packing of the [ZnFx] and [LaFy] polyhedra.
