摘 要:研究了掺Nd3+氟锆酸盐玻璃光纤的制备方法,获得Nd3+浓度为1×10-3,芯径为9μm,外径为200μm的双层玻璃包皮的氟锆酸盐玻璃光纤.在利用一个Fabry-Perot腔和514nm氩离子激光器作光泵源组成的光纤激光器中,室温下已获得1.05μm连续激光输出,输出功率为11mW,斜率效率20%.在信号源波长为1.327μm的半导体激光器和光泵波长为800nm的钛宝石激光器组成的放大器上,获得8.5dB的增益.The fabrication method of Nd3+_doped fluorozirconate glass fiber was studied. The fluorozirconate glass fiber with Nd3+ concentration of 1×10-3, a core diameter of 9μm, outside diameter of 200μm and a double layer cladding glass was obtained. The laser properties of the fiber were measured using a Fabry-Perot cavity by pumping of 514 nm Ar laser. 1.05μm CW laser with output of 11 mW and slope efficiency of 20% at room temperature was obtained. The amplification performance of the fiber was measured using a 1.327 μm laser diode as signal source by pumping of 800 nm Ti:Sappphire laser. The signal of 8.5 dB was obtained.
