摘　　要：设计一种将GPRS、Internet、PLC等技术融为一体的市区供热监控监测系统,给出基于GPRS网络远程监控系统的整体方案、各功能的实现以及运行结果,提供一种对分散且数据量较大的数据采集点进行监控的有效手段。系统实测运行结果表明该系统操作方便、远程监控效果良好,可以满足远程监控管理和长周期稳定运行等要求。This article designs a kind of urban district heating monitoring and controlling system which uses a combination of GPRS（General Packet Radio Service）, Internet and PLC（Programmable Logic Controller） technologies etc. Then give a whole solution of the Remote Monitoring System based on GPRS,the realization of various functions as well as the results,provide an effective means of monitoring for the dispersed large volume of data and data collection points. The actual results show that the system is easy to operate ,effective for remote monitoring, and it should satisfy the remote monitoring management and long-period operation stability requirements and so on.
