摘  要:研究了由特定条件下煅烧的石膏和芒硝组成的促凝剂对水泥强度、凝结时间及其它性能的影响。研究结果表明,该促凝剂对掺有矿渣、沸石和炉渣混合材料的水泥有明显的促凝和增强作用,当煅烧石膏和芒硝在水泥中的掺量分别为4%和2%时,水泥3d和28d抗压强度分别增加5.5MPa~11MPa和3MPa~6MPa,水泥凝结时间明显缩短,初凝时间缩短约30min~50min.In this article, the influence of the accelerator comprising mirabilite and gypsum calcined under specific condition on cement strength, setting time and other properties is studied. As the study results show, the said accelerator has an obvious effect of acceleration and enhancement on cerment mixed with slag, zeolite and cinder. When mixed with 4 % calcined gypsuxn and 2 % mirabilite, the cement will have an incrase of 5. 5MPa~ 11MPa and 3MPa^6MPa on the 3d and 28d compression strength respectively,and the setting time is obviously shortened, initial setting time shortened by 30min^50min and final setting time shortened by 25min~ 120min.
