摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定心脑康胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法C18柱（DiamonsilTM4.6mm×200mm,5μm）,柱温30℃;流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（25：75：0.2）,检测波长为230nm,流速1.00mL/min。结果此方法芍药苷在0.09860～1.972μg范围内呈良好的线性关系：r=0.99998,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD=1.0%（n=9）。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、准确,可用于心脑康胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Xinnaokang capsule. Method A C18 column （DiamonsilTM 4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm）, column temperature of 30℃ ; a mobile phase composed of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （25 ;75;0.2） were adopted. Wave length： 230 nm. Flow rate： 1.00mL/min. Resu It The linear range was at 0.09860 μg- 1.972 μg, r=0.99998.The recovery ofpaeoniflorin was99.4% with RSD=0.9%（n=9）.Conclusion The determination method is simple and rapid by HPLC, paeoniflorin in this produet can be controlled.
