合并骨折的四肢动脉损伤的诊治体会

摘　　要：目的探讨合并骨折的四肢动脉损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾分析本院2001-2007年共诊治的83例合并骨折四肢动脉损伤患者的临床资料。分别采用直接动脉修补,动脉结扎、端端吻合、自体大隐静脉移植;骨折采用内固定或外固定支架。结果全部获得随访,随访时间3个月～5年,肢体存活74例,其中66例功能恢复,骨折愈合67例,不愈合7例;截肢9例(10.8%)。结论早期诊断、及时修复损伤的血管,骨折有效的固定及骨筋膜室切开减压,是提高成功率,降低截肢率的关键。Objective The study merger bone fracture arms and legs artery hurt of diagnosis and treatment method. Results All of the result acquire with visit, with visit time for 3 month-5 yearses, 75 survival, 68 function instauration, piece limb 9 （ 10. 8% ）. Conclusion Earlier period of conclusion diagnosis, in time repair hurt of blood vessel, bone fracture valid of fix and the bone Jin film room cut open decompression, is exaltation success rate, lower piece limb rate of key.
