摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性脑梗死在不同临床时段的治疗。方法本组17例外伤性脑梗死患者,伤后12h以内者通过动脉内溶栓治疗;伤后12h以上者采用开颅去骨瓣减压治疗。结果17例患者治愈14例(82.4%),残疾3例(17.6%)。结论采用动脉内溶栓治疗伤后12h以内的外伤性脑梗死以及采取开颅去骨瓣减压术治疗伤后12h以上的外伤性脑梗死有效。Objective To explore the treatment of post traumatic cerebral infarction at different clinic stage. Methods We treated the post traumatic cerebral infarction by intra-arterial thrombolysis in 12 hours of incidents and by bone flap decompressive craniectomy after 12 hours. Results Fourteen of seventeen（ 82.4% ） patients had been cured and others （ 17. 6% ） disabled. Conclusion It is effective to treat the post traumatic cerebral infarction by intra-arterial thrombolysis in 12 hours of incidents and by bone flap decompressive craniectomy after 12 hours.
