摘 要:本文根据晶体颗粒堆积原理,以目前陶瓷界广为关心的高温硒镉红(锆英石包裹型)为例,按照晶体颗粒最紧密堆积模式进行理论计算,得出高温包裹型硒镉红的理论包裹率为7.48%,与该类型高温陶瓷颜料的实际包裹率6-9%极其相似,证明利用晶体颗粒堆积原理计算异晶包裹型陶瓷颜料的包裹率是可行的;同时,理论计算结果表明:不论何种异晶包裹型陶瓷颜料,其最大包裹率都不可能超过理论计算值,故异晶包裹型陶瓷颜料,只适用于发色能力极强的陶瓷颜料,而不适用于着色能力较弱的陶瓷颜料。ake Hightemperature cadmoselite (zircon inclusion) as an example,caculate the theoretial rate of inclusion according to the NEARESTACCUMULATION PRINCLPLE,obtain the value 7.48% which resembles the practical value 6-9%,So it is feasible to caculate the rate of differentiated crystal inclusion type of ceramic pigment through crystal NEARESTACCUMULATION PRINCLPLE;at the same time,the caculated result shows that no matter what differentiated crystal inclusion type of ceramic pigment,it is maximun rate of inclusion doesnt exceed the theoretical value. So the differentiated crystal inclusion type of ceramic pigment is only applicable for those ceramic pigment which send out color strongly,not those which send out color weakly.
