摘 要:格赖斯会话含义理论的缺陷直接导致了语义学和语用学的分界之争,进而引发了对基于不同观点的默认意义的解释。文章评述了四种含义默认解释模式,并且针对争论的焦点问题提出了作者的看法:默认意义是与规约有关的非真值条件意义,是不依靠语境产生的非推论性含义。The imperfections of Grice's theory of conversational implicature directly lead to the border wars between semantics and pragmatics,and as a result,there have appeared different interpretation models on default meaning. This paper attempts to present an overview of such four default models and discusses the current debated issues. It points out that default meaning,as a non-truth-conditional meaning triggered by conventions of language use,is a noninferential meaning arising without the help of context.
