摘  要:用化学掺杂方法合成了Ba1-xSrxTiO3和Ba09Sr01TiO3·yLa2O3(0≤x≤1,0≤y≤03)系列固溶体超细粉末。XRD证实,当x=1,y=0时,为四方晶系BaTiO3纯相,当0<x<1,0<y≤03时,得到一系列完全互溶固溶体,结果符合Vegard定律。SEM观察粒子为球形,大小均匀,粒度02~03μm,制陶实验发现,钛酸钡经化学掺杂后,室温介电常数显著提高,当x=01,y=002时,ε可达30000,比BaTiO3纯相的室温介电常数提高20倍。The synthesis、structure and properties of the solid solutions, Ba1-xSrxTiO3·yLa2O3(0≤x≤1,0≤y≤03), were studied The synthesis was achieved by use of precursor method TiCl4 and BaCl2were allowed to react with oxalic acid under 70℃ with the result that BaTiO(C2O4)2·4H2O was obtained After sintering at 850℃, the pure phase of tetragonal system BaTiO3 was obtained Following the same procedure the Ba1-xSrxTiO3·yLa2O3 solid solutions were obtained XRD and d-spacing-composition figures of a series of the solid solutions proved that the compounds are mutual miscible in solid solutions, and the result conform to Vegard′s law The result of making ceramics showed that aduterating with strontium and lanthanum in BaTiO3 pure phase, obviously improved its dielectric constant ε at normal temperature When x is 01 and y is 002, the ceramic body has a dielectric constant up to 30 000
