摘 要:用化学掺杂方法合成了Ba1-xSrxTiO3和Ba09Sr01TiO3·yLa2O3(0≤x≤1,0≤y≤03)系列固溶体超细粉末。XRD证实,当x=1,y=0时,为四方晶系BaTiO3纯相,当0<x<1,0<y≤03时,得到一系列完全互溶固溶体,结果符合Vegard定律。SEM观察粒子为球形,大小均匀,粒度02~03μm,制陶实验发现,钛酸钡经化学掺杂后,室温介电常数显著提高,当x=01,y=002时,ε可达30000,比BaTiO3纯相的室温介电常数提高20倍。The synthesis、structure and properties of the solid solutions, Ba1-xSrxTiO3·yLa2O3(0≤x≤1,0≤y≤03), were studied The synthesis was achieved by use of precursor method TiCl4 and BaCl2were allowed to react with oxalic acid under 70℃ with the result that BaTiO(C2O4)2·4H2O was obtained After sintering at 850℃, the pure phase of tetragonal system BaTiO3 was obtained Following the same procedure the Ba1-xSrxTiO3·yLa2O3 solid solutions were obtained XRD and d-spacing-composition figures of a series of the solid solutions proved that the compounds are mutual miscible in solid solutions, and the result conform to Vegard′s law The result of making ceramics showed that aduterating with strontium and lanthanum in BaTiO3 pure phase, obviously improved its dielectric constant ε at normal temperature When x is 01 and y is 002, the ceramic body has a dielectric constant up to 30 000
