摘　　要：结合近年来北京的实践，特别是结合第二十九届奥运会的举办，论析了商业与城市发展的关系，介绍了关于城市商业发展的5点体会，表达了京沪两市在商业发展和建设现代化国际大都市的过程中，经常交流、加强合作的意愿。On the basis of Beijing＇s practice, especially the experience on the 29th Olympics, the article analyses the relationship between commerce and the urban development. The experience refers to three aspects. Additionally, there is the strong desire to strengthen the communication and cooperation between Beijing and Shanghai in the process of realizing commercial development and modernized international metropolis construction.
