摘 要:通过对氨基苯磺酸、苯酚、甲醛三元单体的共缩聚反应,成功合成了氨基磺酸系高效减水剂。实验测得n(苯酚)∶n(对氨基苯磺酸钠)为2.0∶1,n(甲醛)∶n对氨基苯磺酸钠+苯酚)为1.3∶1;加成反应pH值为9,加成反应时间1h左右;缩聚反应pH值9,缩聚反应时间6h左右;反应温度在85℃为最优条件。并研究了合成反应中反应物比例、反应体系pH、反应过程中恒温温度、缩合时间等条件变化对产物分散及分散稳定性的影响。用红外光谱对产物结构进行了表征。Aminosulfonic HRWRA was synthesized through co-polycondensation of tertiary monomers as p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, phenol and formaldehyde. Testing results showed that optimum conditions were proved to be: npheno : nacid=2 : 1 and ncH2O ; n(nacid+ npheno)=1.3 : 1, addition reaction time = 1h, pH value of addition reaction =9, pH value of condensation reaction =9, condensation reaction time = 6h and reaction temperature = 85℃. Effects of varied reactant ratio, pH value of reaction system, constant temperature and condensation time on product dispersion and dispersion stability were studied. Structure of product was characterized by way of infrared spectroscopy.
