摘  要:利用中国山杨优良种源的优树为母本与四倍体美洲山杨进行杂交,获得9个杂交组合的种子,播种育苗后,建立子代测定林。通过家系选择、优良单株选择、无性系评比,选择出2个优良无性系。染色体检测证明这两个无性系均为三倍体。通过7a的生长指标与抗性指标的测定表明,三倍体山杨在生长速度、光合能力、抗病虫能力等方面具有显著的优势。The plus trees of Populus davidiana were crossed with P. tremuloides, and seeds from nine crossing combinations were obtained successfully. A progeny test forest was established by sowing the seeds. Two superior clones were screened out by means of the selection of superior families and plus trees, and clone comparison. Chromosome determination shows that the two plus trees are triploid. A 7-year test indicates that the triploid trees are superior in growth, photosynthetic capacity, and disease and insect resistance.
