摘 要:对7个沙棘品种从返青到落叶的4个时期叶片的主要脂肪酸含量和动态变化规律进行研究的结果表明,在饱和脂肪酸中,棕榈酸的含量最高,肉豆蔻酸次之,月桂酸的含量最低。在不饱和脂肪酸中,亚麻酸的含量最高,亚油酸的含量次之,油酸含量略低于亚油酸。亚油酸含量表现为随生长期延长而降低;亚麻酸含量在7月达到最大累积,随后急剧降低。沙棘的高适应性和高油脂特性,说明其可作为饲料组分、油脂原料、营养保健材料和木本生物质材料。In this paper, the fatty acid content in leaves of seven Hippophae rhamnoides varieties were analyzed during four growth stages from spring to autumn. The results showed that among the main saturated fatty acids, palmitic acid content keeps the highest, myristic acid content was in the middle, and laurie acid content was the lowest. Among the unsaturated fatty acids, the content of linolenic acid was the highest, that of linoleic acid was in the middle, and oleic acid content, shows slightly less than linoleic acid. In addition, the content of linoleic acid declines with the growth progress, and oleic acid content reaches the peak in July and declined sharply after then.
