摘　　要：简述国内外对轿车用铝合金材料的研发动态,轿车门内用5754铝合金板材的技术要求、研发过程、工艺流程以及国内外同类产品的质量比较、研发结果等。This thesis briefly introduced the domestic and overseas research and development trends of aluminum alloy material used on the door of sedan, the technology requirements, research and development process, technology process of 5754 aluminum alloy plate used on the door of sedan, comparison of the same kind product produced internally and externally, and research and development results, etc.
