摘　　要：w（Si）=8.0%-9.4%的404铝合金,主要用作铝合金焊接的钎焊板,由于Si含量高,目前所生产的404高硅合金箔工艺并不完善。通过调整工艺试验,最终确定坯料退火的温度为420℃,成品道次轧制油采用添加十二醇的火油,轧制工艺采用坯料退火→0.5 mm→0.18 mm→0.085 mm。The 404 ahiminium alloy with silicon content at 8.0 - 9.4% is mainly used for aluminium brazing sheet for aluminium alloy welding purpose. As the silicon content is high, the 404 high silicon foil process used currently is imperfect. By improving the trial process, it is finally determined： the annealing temperature of the stock is 420℃, rolling oil used for the finished pass is kerosene ＋ 12 alcohol, as for the rolling process, stock annealing is used→0.5 mm→0.18 mm→0.085 mm.
