摘  要:对于含分布式电源(DG)尤其是逆变型分布式电源(IIDG)的配电系统,由于其电源出力的随机性,将导致传统电流保护的定值很难整定。针对这一问题,文中结合含IIDG配电系统故障时的特点,在已有自适应电流速断保护的基础上,对含IIDG配电系统的自适应电流速断保护进行了研究。分析结果表明,对于保护背侧接有IIDG的情况,在对某些参数重新定义后,仍可按照已有自适应整定表达式的形式对保护进行整定。该整定方法仍然能够根据系统当前运行方式和IIDG的出力情况自适应地调整定值,而且不用借助通信手段,与传统的电流速断保护相比,含IIDG配电系统的保护性能得到了很大改善。通过对一个10kV配电系统的仿真分析,验证了该整定方法的正确性。The value setting of the traditional current protection has become very difficult for the distribution system with distributed generators (DGs) owing to the randomness of the DG output power, especially the inverter interfaced DG (IIDG). Based on a fault characteristic analysis of the distribution system with IIDG and the traditional adaptive current instantaneous trip protection scheme, the adaptive current instantaneous trip protection scheme for the distribution system with IIDG is studied to solve this problem. The results show that the value of the relay whose dorsal side is connected to IIDG can still be set according to the form of the traditional scheme, with some parameters defined anew. This scheme can still automatically calculate the settings according to the current operation mode and the output power of IIDG with no need for communication. Compared with the traditional current instantaneous trip protection scheme, the protection performance is greatly improved. Simulation results on a 10 kV distribution system have verified the validity of the scheme proposed.
