摘　　要：聚乙烯新型催化剂QCP-01在气相法聚乙烯中试装置上进行了聚合评价试验。通过对催化剂的活性、熔体流动速率对操作条件的敏感性、催化剂的共聚性能、运行稳定性以及产品性能的分析,对QCP-01催化剂作出了较全面的评价,并提出了该催化剂的改进方向。The evaluation test of QCP - 01 novel PE catalyst was performed in the gas phase polyethylene pilot plant in this paper. The QCP- 01 catalyst was characterized in detail by analyzing the catalytic activity, sensitivity of the product index to process conditions, copolymerization property, operation stability and properties of the products. Suggestion for modifying the catalyst was also presented in this paper.
