摘  要:在一输送管线水平长19m,垂直长11m,内径50mm的密相脉冲气力输送实验台上进行了聚丙烯的输送研究,实验结果表明:气刀的操作周期、充气时间与断气时间的比值对输送气速、输送能力、固气比。Experimental study on the polypropylene granule plug pneumatic transport was conducted in a pipe with 19 meters in horizon,11 meters in height,50mm in diameter.The solid plugs in the pipeline,which are separated by air slugs,are formed by switching the airknife on and off,which is on and off. The experiments show that the air knife operating cycle and the ratio of the time “on” to the time “off” make obvious influences on the gas velocity,transport capacity,the ratio of mass flow rate of solid to gas and the energy consumption in the pipeline.
