摘　　要：针对硬质合金生产工艺中难以解决的控制问题,设计了一个以S7-300PLC为核心的烧结炉监控系统。该系统采用上下位机分别监控系统的状态和对PLC进行数据读写。上下位机通过共用数据库实现连接。同时,对该系统所采用的PLC通信软件PRODAVES7及编程过程中遇到的函数用法进行了分析。测试证明,该系统实现了对烧结炉状态的监控功能并方便了对生产工艺的控制。Aiming at the difficult control problems in production technique of hard alloy, the supervisory system with S7-300 PLC as the core is designed for sintefing furnace. It adopts the host computer to monitor the systematic status ; and the slave computer to write and read data to and from PLC. Through common database, the connection between host computer and slave computer is implemented. The communication software PRODAVE S7 used in the system and the usage of the function in programming are analyzed. The tests verify that the system realizes the monitoring function for sintering furnace, and controls the production technique easily.
