摘 要:采用水文学与水力学方法以及两种方法相结合的洪水调度模型分析洞庭湖区历年大洪水的超额水量,根据"洞庭湖区非常洪水调度方案"及调度模型控制蓄洪垸的启用,从而求出各蓄洪垸的运用几率。并分析了三峡建库以后各蓄洪垸运用几率的变化。洞庭湖区能够有计划地运用部分乃至全部蓄洪垸蓄滞超额洪水,对洞庭湖区最大程度地减少洪灾损失有重大意义。The extra-flood in past years in the Dongting Lake area are analyzed mainly by hydrological method,hydrodynamics method and flood regulation model combined hydrological method and hydrodynamics method.According to 'the regulation scheme of abnormal flood in the Dongting Lake area' and regulation model for controlling operation of flood storage polders,the operation probability of various flood storage polders are calculated and the variation of operation probability of the flood storage polders after TGP completion is analyzed.To store extra-flood by partial polders or all polders in the Dongting Lake area in a planned way has important significance for mitigating flood disaster loss to the greatest extent.
