摘  要:木霉突变体T1010与出发菌株实验比较,其生长速度、产孢量、菌丝重量分别提高13.62%、48.52%、29.03%;T1010对培养液中氨态氮的吸收率比出发菌株T32提高37.09%,T1010对无机磷的吸收率比出发菌株提高15.17%,T1010对K+吸收率比出发菌株高16.49%,在pH值为7.34的培养液中培养3d后,T1010的pH值为5.77,出发菌株的pH值为6.67;突变体T1010对培养液中葡萄糖的吸收能力比出发菌株提高19.64%,突变体T1010利用培养液中的氨基酸量较少,比出发菌株降低18.26%。拮抗作用结果显示,T1010对病菌瓜萎蔫镰刀菌抑制作用、覆盖作用分别比出发菌株提高87.45%、57.38%。A mutant T1010 that belonging to Trichoderma grew quickly in PDA medium. The growth rate, hyphae weight and spore output of the mutant were 13.62% , 29.03% and 48.52% higher than those of the parent strain, re- spectively. Besides, the mutant' s absorption rates of ammonium, phosphorus and potassium were 37.09% , 15.17% and 16.49% increased respectively compared to the parent strain. The pH values of the mutant's and the the parent strain' s cultures were 5.77 and 6.67, respectively, after the two microbes incubated in pH 7.34 PD medium for 3 days. The glucose assimilated in the mutant T1010 was 19.64% higher than that in parent strain, whereas the mutant utilized protein to produce less amines with 18.26% decrease compared to the parent strain. The mutant T1010 dis- payed the antagonistic action to fungi Fusarium bulbigenum, a plant-pathogen, and its inhibition and cover degree were 87.45% and 57.38% elevated respectively than the parent strain.
