维和中国二级医院传染科工作程序初探

摘　　要：传染性疾病的诊治和预防是联合国维和医疗工作的重中之重。本文以《联合国维和行动医疗标准工作程序》和传染科的操作常规为依据,结合联合国维和医疗工作和我军的具体实际,制定维和中国二级医院传染科工作程序,规范维和中国二级医院传染科的工作行为,既提供符合联合国医疗标准的医疗服务,又保护了自身安全,有力地保障了维和任务的顺利完成。Diagnosis, treatment and prevention of infectious diseases are the most important parts of UN peacekeeping medical practice. Based on ＂The Standard Operating Procedures （Medical） of UN Peaeekeeping Mission （ SOP Medical） ＂ and the standard operating procedures of infection department, and in view of UN peaeekeeping medical practice and the actual conditions of the Chinese army, procedures were worked out to standardize the operating of the infection department of the （Chinese） Peacekeeping Second - class Hospital to insure efficient medical support to UN peacekeepers as required by SOP Medical, safety of medical workers and successful accomplishment of the peacekeeping mission.
