摘　　要：本文在分析我军与外军卫生装备现状的基础上,对军队卫生装备优化编配决策支持系统进行研发。首先,对系统进行需求分析,提出系统构建的目标;其次,根据决策支持系统理论,采用三库结构即:数据库、模型库、方法库及其管理子系统并设计各库的组成与功能。军队卫生装备优化编配决策支持系统信息量大,方法恰当,适合决策机关使用,是一个应用性、科学性较好的辅助决策支持平台。Based on the current situation analysis of military health equipment, decision support system on optimized allocation of military health equipment was developed. Demand analyses of the system were processed firstly to obtain the development objective. Then the bases of system were designed, which included data base, model base, method base as well as each one＇s management base. The results showed that the system provided abundant information, was appropriate for the decision - making of managing organization, which proved that the system was a practical and scientific subsidiary decision support platform.
