摘　　要：领导是一门科学,更是一种艺术。本文结合医院实际工作,提出提高医院管理者领导能力,就是要提高预见力、魅力、魄力、执行力、创新力、诚信力和自制力等7种能力的观点。Leadership is not only a science, but also an art. Combining with the practical experiences, the author put forward some suggestions on how to enhance the ability of leadership from seven aspects, which were the abilities of forecasting, charm, force, performing, innovation, sincerity and self- control.
