摘 要:针对采煤机故障征兆和故障模式的非线性对应关系,提出一种基于模糊数学的采煤机故障诊断方法。将采集的故障征兆映射到模糊输入隶属度,并通过与自调整模糊关系矩阵的模糊运算,得到模糊故障输出向量,最后根据诊断原则诊断采煤机故障。自调整模糊关系矩阵是综合了采煤机故障机理、历史故障数据和专家经验建立的,而且此矩阵根据采煤机的实际运行情况不断调整,具有动态适应性。经实例验证,此方法根据故障征兆在综合考虑多种可能故障模式后,能正确有效地诊断故障类型,并具有计算简单、自适应性的优点。According to the nonlinear corresponding relationship of the coal shearer fault evidence and fault mode, the paper provided a coal shearer fault diagnosis method base on the fuzzy mathematics. The collected fault evidences shall be shined upon the fuzzy inputted subordination degree. With the matrix fuzzy calculation of the auto-adjusted fuzzy relation, the fuzzy fault input vector could be obtained. Finally, according to the diagnosis principle, the coal shearer fault could be diagnosed. The matrix of the auto adjusted fuzzy relationship was established comprehensively with the coal shearer fault mechanism, historical fault data and experts experiences. Therefore the matrix was continuously adjusted with the actual operation conditions of the coal shearer and could have the dynamic suitability. The practical ca- ses showed that according to the fault evidences and after the comprehensive consideration of multi possible fault modes, the method could be correctly and effectively diagnose the fault type and would have the calculation simple and self suitability anf other advantages.
