综合医院心理科联络会诊480例分析

摘　　要：目的了解综合医院心理科联络会诊病人的原因、科室分布、病种构成及治疗效果。方法对所有病人的资料进行统计分析。结果病种构成中以焦虑障碍,心境障碍和器质性精神障碍列前3位;科室分布以神经内科及心血管内科为主,会诊后的治疗有效率为93.2%。结论综合医院心理科联络会诊非常重要且治疗有效。Objective To learn the cause of consultation, distribution of departments, composition of diseases and therapeutic effect of psychological consultation-liaison in general hospital. Methods All the data were analyzed. Results Anxiety disorders, mood disorders and organic mental disorders became the first three places; Departments of neurology and cardiovascular medicine were main distributed departments; Therapeutic effctive rate was 93.2%; after consultation. Conclusion The psychological consultation-liaison in general hospitals is important and effective.
