摘  要:介绍用于检测校直潜油电机定子内圆直线度的装置。装置可快速、准确地寻找到潜油电机定子内圆需检测校直的位置。在检测校直过程中可实时观察直线度,具有检测精度高、稳定性好、操作方便等特点。介绍了装置的系统结构、检测原理及步骤、开口槽定子齿识别、数据检测传送以及接收处理的方法。High linearity was required to submersible motor's stator, and this paper developed a suit of non-contact detection device about linearity. It was introduced to the methods of data receiving and disposal in brief, and it was placed emphasis on specifying the structure of device, inspecting step and principium, identification of stator's non-gap position. The device looked for the position of adjusting linearity rapidly and exactly, and the process of adjusting linearity could be observed real time, meanwhile, the device also possesses features of high accuracy, high stability, convenient operation, etc.
