摘　　要：由于1 000 MW等级超超临界锅炉的启动分离器结构特殊且材料等级高,偏心斜插管的定位、装配及高等级材料的焊接是质量控制的难点。介绍了启动分离器制造中,能有效提高原材料、焊接、装配、热处理等关键工序新的质量控制技术,并详细阐述了新的检测技术在启动分离器装配中的应用。Being that the higher-grade material and the special structure of the separator which is partial of 1 000 MW Ultra-Supercritical boiler, the orientation dimension of the inclined nozzle assembled on the separator and the welding of the higher-grade material is the difficulty for quality control. This paper has introduced the new quality control technology of the separator during shop fabrication, especially in the process of material, welding, assembly and heat treatment. Detailed explain the new measuring technique that application in the assemblage of the separator.
