摘  要:为了寻找简单易操作的方法合成硼化镍纳米线,以氯化镍和硼氢化钠为原料,通过化学交换法进行制备,将反应后得到的产物用X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜及多功能表面分析仪等进行了表征。结果表明:反应产物为由Ni3B和Ni4B3组成的硼化镍纳米线,其平均直径为60 nm,长度可达到20μm;硼化镍纳米线粗细不均,并有少量团聚现象。In order to find a simple and easy preparation method of nickel boride nanowires, the chemical metathesis using NiCl2 and NaBH4 as reactants was used. The X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectra were employed to analyze the reaction products. The results show that the reaction products were nickel boride nanowires composed of Ni3 B and Ni4B3, which average diameter was 60 nm and length could reach 20 μm. The nickel boride nanowires size was inhomogeneous, there were agglomerantion in the reaction products.
