摘  要:凸缘联接系统作为一种方便的可拆卸连接,这种连接结构不仅要求各连接元件在预紧和操作情况下不发生强度破坏,同时还要求满足一定的密封性能。应用蠕变-松弛理论和模糊可靠性理论,将垫片、螺栓和凸缘环作为一个整体,考虑凸缘联接系统各零件之间变形协调、力的平衡和各零件蠕变-松弛作用,提出了在预紧和操作情况下,计算凸缘联接系统载荷与变形随时间变化的新方法。在此基础上,对其密封模糊可靠性随时间的变化进行了研究。算例结果表明,提出的新方法是可行的。The flanged connection system is broadly used. Its structure strength and sealing performance must be guaranteed in bolt-up and operating conditions. A new approach of calculating the load-deformation variation with time in bolt-up and operating case of a flanged connection system based on creep-stress theory and fuzzy reliability theory was developed in consideration of the strain harmony, the stress balance and the creep-relaxation effects of components in flanged connection system. Then, the sealing fuzzy reliability was investigated. The example shows that the presented approach of calculating the load-deformation and sealing fuzzy reliability of a flanged connection system is feasible.
