降解药物涂层支架对冠心病患者血浆可溶性CD40配体的影响

摘　　要：目的研究冠心病患者血浆可溶性CD40配体变化及降解涂层药物洗脱支架(EXCEL支架)对血浆可溶性CD40配体的影响。方法选择接受裸支架(BMS)或EXCEL支架治疗,并且行冠状动脉造影随诊的80例冠心病患者,根据患者所接受支架不同分为BMS组和EXCEL支架组,每组40例。测定术后1个月、3个月和6个月时血浆可溶性CD40配体的水平。结果80例患者(男48例,女32例)120个靶病变接受治疗并完成冠状动脉造影随诊。术后1个月和3个月时血浆可溶性CD40配体水平EXCEL支架组显著低于BMS组(P<0.01),于6个月时,血浆可溶性CD40配体水平两组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论EXCEL支架可降低血浆可溶性CD40配体,适度内皮化,减少再狭窄,减少迟发性血栓形成。Aim To research the change of plasma soluble CD40 ligand （sCIMOL） in the patients with coronary heart disease, and the influence of EXCEL stent on sCD40L. Methods 80 patients were divided into BMS group and EXCEL gToup according to different treatment from January 2006 to June 2008. 40 cases in each group were followed up by coronary artery angiography. The level of sCD40L was measured on 1,3 ,6 months after operation. Results The difference of the level of sCD40L was significant on 1, 3 months after operation between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） , but no significant difference on 6 months （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion EXCEL stent could reduce plasma sCD40L with proper endothelialization to decrease restenosis and delayed thrombosis.
