摘 要:提出了铁路充电间酸雾治理3种技术模式:侧吸式活动密闭罩通风净化系统;端吸式活动密闭罩通风净化系统;手持信号灯酸性蓄电池通风柜。该模式适应充电作业特点,改善作业环境,净化效率高,节省风量,节约能源。研制的侧吸式推拉活动密闭罩比条缝式高截面双侧吸槽边吸气罩可节省60%风量。优选无泵形冲击式填料酸雾净化塔,净化效率高,维修量少,易于管理,性能稳定。提出当充电槽宽约1m,每m槽长风量可取750m3/(h·m),为简化设计计算提供了参考数据。おe propose three acid fog harnessing technical mode in railway charging room in this article:on edge absorbing active hermetic hood ventilation cleaning system,front absorbing active hermetic hood ventilation cleaning system and in hand signal lamp acid battery ventilation box.These modes are suit for charging works,and they can improve working environment,have high cleaning efficiency,use less wind and energy.On edge absorbing push drag active hermetic hood ventilation cleaning system,use 40 percent wind amount of seam high side double on edge absorbing groove hood.Priority shock filling acid fog clean tower without pump have high cleaning efficiency,less maintenance and steady characters,and is easily to manage.The data offered here is 750 cubic meter per h.m,when the length of battery groove is about 1 m.This way provides reference data of simplifying design.
