摘 要:借助有限元分析软件,研究了压制方式对喷射沉积5A06铝合金变形与致密化的影响。结果表明:单面楔压时,坯料各项性能沿高向逐渐降低;采用双面楔压时,材料性能趋于均匀,但坯料中心层相对密度相对上下两个表面仍较低,变形仍难触及,需反复多道次循环压制;双面楔压相对于单面楔压,变形后相对密度等沿各个方向分布更加均匀,组织更趋于一致,相同高向压下量时可获得更高的相对密度。By the finite element analysis software, the influences of suppressed ways on distortion and densification of spraying deposition 5A06 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that each performance of semifinished materials reduces gradually along high when using single wedge presses; the material performance tends to be uniform when using the double wedge presses. But the relative density in center level of semifinished materials is still low compared to high and low two surfaces. The distortion is still difficult to touch, which needs multi-repeated cycle of repression; The relative density of single wedge presses is more uniform along each direction distribution after the distortion compared with that of double wedge presses. The microstructure tends to be more consistent, a higher relative density is obtained at the same high to reduction.
