摘 要:目的:探讨CD4^+CD25^+T细胞在特应性皮炎发病中的可能作用。方法:用流式细胞仪对40例AD患儿和45例健康儿童外周血CD4^+CD25^+、CD4^+、CD25^+淋巴细胞亚群等进行检测,并结合临床资料进行相关分析。结果:AD儿童组CD4^+CD25^+/CD4^+与对照组相比明显升高(P=0.018,P<0.05),婴幼儿组无明显差异(P=0.15,P>0.05),两组CD4^+、CD25^+细胞相比、轻中重组两两相比、局限型与泛发型相比,其差异均无统计学意义(均大于0.05)。结论:CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞可能在特应性皮炎的发病中起一定的作用,但对病情的判断无重要意义。Objective: To study the relationship between CD4^+CD25^+T lymphocytes and the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: Flow cytometry was applied to assess CD4^+CD25^+T cells, CD4^+T cells and CD25^+T cells subgroups in the peripheral blood of 40 AD patients and 45 normal controls. The relationship between T lymphocytes subgroups and the data on patients was evaluated. Results: The percentage of CD4^+CD25^+/CD4^+ was significantly higher in the peripheral blood of AD children than that in the normal controls(P=0.018,P〈0.05), while there is no difference between infants and young children groups. No difference was found in the CD4^+T cells and CD25^+T cells subgroups between the patients and controls (P〉0.05). The difference of AD patients of mild, moderate and severe groups was no significant(P〉0.05), the same was between limitation and pan-onset groups. Conclusions: CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells may play a role in the patbogenesis of atopic dermatitis, but no significance for the judge of AD severity.
