摘　　要：报告1例儿童线状IgA大疱性皮病,以口周、下腹部、外阴、臀部、大腿内侧及四肢多数水疱为主要临床表现,病理见表皮下疱,疱内有大量中性粒细胞、红细胞和少量嗜酸性粒细胞。直接免疫荧光见基底膜带有线状IgA沉积。A case of childhood form of linear IgA bullous dermatosis is reported. The manilestation was multiple bullae on the pefioral region, lower abdomen, perineum, buttock, inner thighs and extremities. Histopathology revealed a suhepidermal blister containing numerous neutrophils, erythroeytes, and a few eosinophils. Direct immunofluoreresence showed IgA deposits along the basement membrane zone.
