摘　　要：报告1例顶泌汗腺汗囊瘤。患者男,60岁。左下眼睑结节1年余。皮损组织病理检查示真皮内可见一囊肿结构,囊壁由2层柱状上皮细胞组成,部分上皮细胞可见断头分泌。A case of apocrine hidrocystoma is reported. A 60-year-old man presented with a solitary nodule on his left lower eyelid for one year. Histopathology showed a cyst in the dermis, which was lined by two layers of columnar epithelium showing apocrine type secretion.
