摘 要:为了研究简单有效轴径向气隙混合磁路多边耦合电机转子位置检测方法,根据电机的结构和参数特点,在轴向线圈局部磁网络模型的基础上对轴向励磁绕组的反电动势进行了分析,导出双侧绕组反电动势与转速和电机位置的关系式,为实现该电机转子位置传感提供了理论依据。在此基础上提出了新的位置测量方案,在无位置传感器的前提下,能够快速确定电机实际位置。通过实验和仿真证明:该方法具有运算量小、无需电机具体参数、受径向电流影响小及抗干扰能力强的优点,可以实现轴径向气隙混合磁路多边耦合电机的无位置传感器控制。In order to grope for a simple and availability measure which can detect the position of the rotor, a new method was put forward. The double sides' axial exciting coils' EMF was analyzed based on the partial magnetic network model of the motor which is according to the characteristics of structure and parameter of it. The double sides' axial exciting coils EMF' s equations can provide the rotor' s position. These equations provide the theoretic method to measure the position of the motor. The experiment and simulation show that this measure' s calculation is simple; it is not necessary to afford the parameter; the EMF is less affected by the currents of the radical exciting Coils and it has the ability of anti -jamming. This measure can be used in sensorless control with this motor.
