摘　　要：目的研究清肝利湿解毒颗粒的制备,质量控制及临床应用。方法确定处方组成和制备工艺,并按《中国药典》项下规定进行质量控制。结果用清肝利湿解毒颗粒治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎患者120例(146眼),总有效率98%。结论清肝利湿解毒颗粒疗效肯定,制剂稳定,服用携带方便,无不良反应,宜于长期应用,值得临床推广。Objective To study Qingganlishijiedu Granule＇ s production, quality control and its clinic application. Methods To choose the ingredients of prescription, and carry out quality control according to Chi- na＇ s Medicine Requirements. Results Using Qingganlishijiedu Granule to cure herpes simplex keratitis in pa- tients, 120 cases, 146 eyes. The total efficiency is 98 percent. Conclusions The curative effect of Qingganlishi- jiedu Granule is stable and its ingredients are steady. It is easy to carry out and has no side-effects. It is suitable to take for long term and worthwhile to popularizing.
