摘　　要：目的探讨髓内扩张自锁钉(ZSD)在胫骨骨折中及术后康复治疗的应用效果。方法21例胫骨中段骨折,采用ZSD进行固定,按AO分型,A型5例,B型12例,C型4例。结果全部病例均获随访,随访时间4～12个月,全部骨折均愈合。V髓内扩张自锁钉(ZSD)治疗胫骨中段骨折及术后康复治疗是一种良好选择。Objective To discussing the application effect of ZSD in tibial fractures. Methods 21 cases with tibia] fractures in the middle part adopting ZSD to fix, classified by AO, type A, 5 cases; type B, 12cases;type C,4 cases. Resttlts All clients were followed up for 4-12 months and all fractures were healed. Conclusion ：Using ZSD to treat middle-part tibia fracture and its rehabilitation therapy is an good option.
