摘　　要：目的总结ECMO在临床使用中的经验。方法ECMO辅助患者多例。术后严密监测,积极治疗。结果出现出血、血栓、感染等并发症。结论ECMO的选择以及并发症的处理是决定使用ECMO能否成功的关键。Objective To review the experience of using ECMO in clinical cases.Methods Patients required ECMO were kept under watch and the syndromes were actively treated after the operation.Results The patients suffered from thrombosis,hemolysis and infection.Conclusion The selection of ECMO type and complication treatment are critical in determining whether the ECMO can be used successfully.
