乳酸依沙吖啶溶液配合红外线治疗放射性皮肤湿性反应的护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳酸依沙吖啶溶液配合红外线治疗放射性皮肤湿性反应的效果。方法将放疗过程中发生放射性皮肤湿性反应的66例病人随机分为2组,实验组33例用乳酸依沙吖啶溶液配合红外线治疗,对照组33例用传统疗法,对比观察效果。结果乳酸依沙吖啶溶液配合红外线治疗可使皮肤创面愈合时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论乳酸依沙吖啶溶液配合红外线对放射性皮肤湿性反应的愈合有良好的促进作用。Objective Observing the effect of ethacridine lactate solution combining with infrared ray to treat patients with radiation--induced skin wet reaction. Methods 66 patients with radiation--inducod skin wet reaction were divided into 2 groups in a random way during the course of radiotherapy. 33 patients in experiment group were treated with ethacridine lactate solution combining with infrared ray after routine clearing hurt. At the same time 33 patients in the control group accepted traditional treatment. The fixing effects in two groups were compared. Result In the experiment group the number of radiation-inducod skin wet reaction concrescence days was obviously shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂ethaeridine lactate solution combining with infrared ray＂ has good accelerating concrescence effect on radiation--induced skin wet reaction.
