摘 要:以宏达国际酒店高层建筑桩筏基础为工程背景,采用Poulos位移解计算桩土刚度,Reissner厚板理论分析桩基筏板,并利用该方法对桩筏体系的总体沉降、差异沉降、桩顶反力、筏板内力等结果进行了计算。此法较现有的桩基设计规范中基于筏板绝对刚性假定的计算具有一定的优越性。通过分析计算结果总结变化规律,认为荷载密度对此类基础的局部沉降、桩顶反力影响较大。分析结果能够为高层桩筏基础工程的设计提供有益参考。The pile-raft foundation's average settlement, differential settlement, axial force of the pile, stress of the raft and so on are analyzed through the methods, which include Poulos displacement theory for counting the pile-soil system and Reissner thick for plank calculating the raft. One actual pile-raft foundation, which is used for the high-rise building of Hongda international hotel, has been analyzed. The results show that the differential settlement and the axial force of piles of are mainly controlled by the local load's density. The regularities can give some help to the design of similar pile-raft foundations.
