冷喷涂聚乙烯防腐涂层的研究

摘　　要：采用冷喷涂方法实现了高密度聚乙烯的喷涂施工，对冷喷涂高密度聚乙烯粉末涂层研究结果表明：冷喷涂时气流温度在180～200℃为宜，200℃制备的涂层结合强度可达到10．18MPa，0．5mm的高密度聚乙烯涂层经电火花检漏仪检测合格，但用蓝点法检查，仍有1上个cm^2微孔。200℃冷喷涂制备的高密度聚乙烯涂层在40～60℃，氯化钠和硫化钠的体积分数均为3％的混合溶液中，腐蚀速率小于11mg／m^2h。Spraying construction of high-density polyethylene was realized adopting cold spraying method. The research result of cold spraying polyethylene powder with high-density showed 180 - 200 ℃ air current temperature was the best, and coating adhesion strength can achieve 10.18 MPa while temperature was 200℃ ,0.5 mm of high-density polyethylene coating was qualified by electric spark holiday detector inspection, but there was still one pore per cm^2 by blue-point inspection method. The cold application polyethylene layer is 40 - 60 ℃, NaCl and Na2S are both 3% mixed solution,the corrosion rating is less than 11 mg/m^2h.
